Aalaapi | ᐋᓛᐱ – “to be silent to hear something beautiful”, in Inuktitut – is a plural work. It is both a radio documentary, carried by the testimonies of young Inuit women who expose their daily life between the north and the south of Quebec, and a theatrical performance that invites contemplation, listening, and meeting.

"We are honoured to present this important and engaging play, says Artistic Director Steve Jodoin. "The work from Collectif Aalaapi is must-see for anyone interested in the power of theatre to tell beautiful stories."

Aalaapi features Nancy Saunders and Hannah Tooktoo.
