The Edmonton Pops Orchestra takes to the stage at the vintage Capitol Theatre in Fort Edmonton Park to perform popular music from the 1920s-40s. Featuring music by songwriters Berlin, Kern, and Gershwin and songs such as “Steppin’ Out with My Baby”, “Never Gonna Dance”, and “Someone to Watch Over Me”, an engaging story with rich music and hot tap dance will ignite your imagination and get your toes tapping.

Tim Isberg is an accomplished singer-songwriter and storyteller re-emerging in the performance scene after a lengthy hiatus from music to serve in the Canadian Army. As a performer, he has entertained audiences in many corners of the world. Tim brings well-crafted songs to the stage, and a unique and endearing array of life experiences he shares in a way that makes each listener feel connected. With Rwanda as backdrop, Tim shares a personal account of his year as a UN Military Observer amid the best and worst humanity had to offer, and the songs it inspired.

Pictures of Us is Gates' fourth studio album and first for Canadian label Borealis Records. Recorded at Riverdale Recorders in Edmonton and produced by Harry Gregg, it features a cast of the city's finest musicians, including Daniel Stadnicki and Keith Rempel.
